Sales Manager

Luxury Cakes, a premium brand under the established BakersCorner Bread & Bakery Products Trading Co LLc (10 years of business excellence since 2015), is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead the growth of our brand in the UAE market. Based in Al Qussais, Dubai, you will be responsible for defining and executing strategies to significantly increase both online and retail sales, drive brand visibility, and build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Strategy

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed ambitious online and offline sales targets for Luxury Cakes.
• Lead the market penetration strategy to firmly establish the Luxury Cakes brand in the competitive UAE market.
• Identify and secure new sales channels, including potential corporate partnerships, wholesale opportunities, and collaboration with digital platforms.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to adjust strategies and maximize profitability.

Operations & Brand Management

• Drive brand visibility and sales performance across all digital platforms (e.g., e-commerce, social media, delivery apps) and physical retail locations.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key customers and business partners.
• Oversee the sales team (where applicable) and provide training, leadership, and performance management to ensure high standards of service.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Sales Management role, specifically within Online and Retail sales (FMCG, F&B, or Bakery sector experience is a major asset).
• Must possess an Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
• Must hold a Valid Dubai Driving License (LMV-A).
• Must currently hold Own Visa status (High Priority).
