Sales Manager

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales management
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales in a related industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Experience in budget management and forecasting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English and one or more additional languagesDevelop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs
  • Maintain and develop relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Manage budgets and expenses to optimize profitability
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices
  • Provide training and coaching to sales team members to improve their skills and performance
