As a one stop point for a variety of paints and associated products, we house a wide range of products suitable for all kinds of decorative and industrial uses.
Job Description / Responsibilities:
· Ensure sales target are met monthly and product category wise
· Prepare and formulate a complete strategy for both export and local markets in order to achieve and exceed the yearly target
· Actively lead a team that is proactive in developing the market and client base for total and product category wise sales as well as ensuring all receivables are collected in time
· Establish network of dealerships and project contractors
· Be able to single-handedly develop the export client base without having a full team of sales executives in the initial first year
· To be very cost effective and scrutinize any spending.
· Recommend any change in strategy within the 12 months to ensure focus is on the right path to succeed in target achievement irrespective of any down turns in the markets.
· Ensure timely advice is given to customers about new product introduction, ensuring samples, prices for the same are submitted for their consideration and to ensure orders are then obtained.
. Ensure general pricing meets the market expectations and if not, to formally recommend to Management a broad spectrum of price bands required product category-wise
Desired profile of the candidate
· Male. Candidate of age between 30 to 45 years’ old
· Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing
· Analytical and with proven track record in achieving sales targets from a reputable paint manufacturing or related chemical company
· Experience in establishing & maintaining dealer network
· Strong track record in market penetration at all levels channel wise
· Ability to do market research and competitor analysis and take the necessary action accordingly
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
· Someone inspired to work hard, able to handle pressure, and is trained to achieve deliverables
· Experience in market development in Africa and the GCC in particular.
With valid Bahrain driving license
