Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated professional with a passion for real estate and a proven ability to lead, coach, and grow a team. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing strategies to meet company goals, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the buying and selling process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of real estate agents, providing training, mentorship, and support.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, performance reviews, and coaching.
  • Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and increase brand visibility in the market.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the local real estate market, trends, and regulations.
  • Oversee transactions to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Foster a client-focused culture, ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top-performing agents to expand the team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of local real estate market and industry best practices.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
