Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local property market, proven leadership skills, and a passion for driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales agents
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
  • Oversee negotiations and closing of high-value property deals
  • Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE property market and legal framework
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • RERA certification is a plus
