Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the flower industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about flowers, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role involves managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives.
  • Set individual sales targets and guide team members to achieve their goals.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor sales metrics and report data to upper management on a regular basis.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, production) to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

Requirement:

Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the flower industry.

  • Atleast 6-7 years of UAE experience as a Sales Manager in the flower industry
  • Experience in wholesale purchasing
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing strategic sales plans
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
