Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our offline course sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a sales team, and driving admissions for our institute’s offline courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Handle walk-in inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
  • Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to perform effectively.
  • Maintain good relations with students and parents for referrals.
  • Organize seminars, counselling sessions, and promotional activities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and share insights with management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in offline sales, preferably in education/training institutes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Leadership qualities and team management skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge .
