Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our business development initiatives in Coimbatore. This role requires a confident communicator who can connect with high-value clients, developers, and stakeholders, while aligning with our brand’s excellence in design and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Business Development

· Identify and engage potential clients (homeowners, real estate developers, commercial property owners) through direct outreach, referrals, and networking.

· Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into active projects.

Client Relationship Management

· Meet prospective clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate Monnaie’s offerings.

· Coordinate with the design and execution teams to deliver customized proposals and close deals.

Strategic Market Development

· Build local partnerships with builders, realtors, and design consultants to generate continuous referrals.

· Represent Monnaie at real estate expos, design conferences, and regional networking events in and around Coimbatore.

Sales Reporting & Coordination

· Track performance and submit regular updates on leads, follow-ups, closures, and revenue forecasts.

· Collaborate with the Kerala head office and other regional teams to align sales strategies with overall goals.

Education: Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales is mandatory, specifically within interior design, architecture, real estate, construction, or other premium B2C service industries.
  • Prior experience in Coimbatore or strong knowledge of the local market is highly preferred.
  • Minimum one-year commitment to our organization is expected.

Skills:

o Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

o Client-focused approach with ability to sell premium design services.

o Fluent in English and Tamil (mandatory); knowledge of Malayalam is a bonus.

o Willingness to travel within Coimbatore and nearby regions as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
