Make an impact

• Promote and sell products and services directly to customers.
• Identify potential customers through referrals, recommendations, and participation in trade shows or conferences.
• Develop and implement customer contact plans, manage follow-ups, and update CRM records to support retention and growth.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries and complaints, resolving or escalating as needed.
• Present product features, link them to customer needs, and guide prospects toward purchase decisions.
• Set clear objectives for each sales interaction, deliver presentations using standard materials, and ask relevant questions to assess customer interest.
• Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen customer relationships and ensure effective communication.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory standards, seeking approval for any exceptions.

Bring to the team

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with a proven track record of profitable sales growth.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills when engaging with customers.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Experience in the material handling industry is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable about the India warehouse automation market.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
