Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Manager who will act as a key deal maker in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B technology solution sales, with a focus on ERP, CRM, and IT security products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present product solutions and company credentials.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in SME businesses.
  • Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (tele-callers, sales officers, pre-sales technical team) for lead conversion.
  • Develop and manage relationships with channel partners and handle partner-referred prospects.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve or exceed assigned targets.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to management.

Candidate Profile:

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 4–10 years of experience in B2B sales, especially in:
  • ERP / CRM / Software Solution Sales
  • Hardware & IT Solutions
  • SaaS, Antivirus, Firewall, or Cloud Service Sales
  • Proven track record in handling SME clients and high-value decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong sales acumen and a result-oriented mindset.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must own a laptop, smartphone, and four-wheeler for travel.
  • Willingness to travel within the Mumbai region as required.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Fixed CTC: ₹7–12 LPA (based on experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Experience:
