Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across key markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and expanding our customer base in the industrial and electrical sectors. This role requires a deep understanding of power distribution, energy management, and industrial automation solutions, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer value and achieving sales targets.



Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and market expansion.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer solutions.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with key clients and distributors.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.



Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, energy management, industrial automation, and related products (e.g., switchgear, UPS, circuit protection, control systems).
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies in a B2B environment.
  • Experience leading sales teams with a track record of driving performance.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills with distributors, contractors, and end-users.
  • Ability to assess industry trends, competitor moves, and customer demands to adjust sales tactics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for client pitches and internal reporting.



Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
  • 7–10 years of sales experience in the power/utility sector, with a proven track record in large-scale substation projects.
  • Established network with contractors and key stakeholders involved in N.G. (National Grid) and SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) projects.
  • Strong ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with experience negotiating high-value contracts in competitive environments.
  • Deep understanding of substation solutions (e.g., switchgear, transformers, protection systems) and ability to align customer needs with business profitability.
  • Proven success in closing complex, high-value deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, with a relentless focus on exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in sales forecasting, data analysis, and project tracking to ensure strategic decision-making.
