We are looking for a new team member to join our Sales (B2B, Fleet Solution) team at Eşarj!
What awaits you in this role

Lead and inspire a dynamic team to achieve commercial growth objectives.

Develop and implement short and long-term sales and growth strategies for the Fleet and B2B segments.

Proactively achieve and exceed defined revenue and sales targets.

Drive new customer acquisition and identify Cross-Sell/Up-Sell opportunities within the existing portfolio.

Own and manage all processes related to existing B2B customers to ensure long-term partnerships.

Oversee end-to-end tender, contract, and proposal management for large-scale charging infrastructure projects.

Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify and capitalize on new business models and opportunities.

Collaborate closely with all Eşarj teams to deliver the most suitable solutions tailored to customer needs.
What we expect
-
University degree (preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field).
-
Minimum 8 years of experience in Corporate Sales or Key Account Management, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Experience in Energy, Electric Vehicles, Charging Technologies, Fuel, Banking, Consumer Services, or Automotive sectors is a strong plus.

Strong communication, negotiation, and executive relationship management skills.

Proven analytical thinking, financial literacy, and a results-driven mindset.

Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Able and willing to travel and drive within Türkiye and abroad as required.
