Sales Manager

We are looking for a new team member to join our Sales (B2B, Fleet Solution) team at Eşarj!


What awaits you in this role


  • Lead and inspire a dynamic team to achieve commercial growth objectives.
  • Develop and implement short and long-term sales and growth strategies for the Fleet and B2B segments.
  • Proactively achieve and exceed defined revenue and sales targets.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and identify Cross-Sell/Up-Sell opportunities within the existing portfolio.
  • Own and manage all processes related to existing B2B customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee end-to-end tender, contract, and proposal management for large-scale charging infrastructure projects.
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify and capitalize on new business models and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with all Eşarj teams to deliver the most suitable solutions tailored to customer needs.


What we expect


  • University degree (preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Corporate Sales or Key Account Management, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in Energy, Electric Vehicles, Charging Technologies, Fuel, Banking, Consumer Services, or Automotive sectors is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and executive relationship management skills.
  • Proven analytical thinking, financial literacy, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Able and willing to travel and drive within Türkiye and abroad as required.
