We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with proven experience in the HVAC accessories industry. The ideal candidate will lead our sales team, build strong customer relationships, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Visit and develop new and existing HVAC clients daily.

• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

• Record client data and opportunities in CRM, and report sales progress.

• Manage and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance.

• Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.

• Develop sales strategies and conduct market research and explore new market opportunities.

• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
