Role Overview:

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for selling advertising space across Adornmo’s digital screen network, with a strong focus on driving business within retail and mall media environments. You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering creative, performance-driven advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell digital ad spaces across Adornmo’s network in residential, corporate, and retail/mall locations.
  • Identify and approach potential clients, brands, and media agencies to expand the customer base.
  • Develop tailored media plans and proposals aligned with client objectives.
  • Manage and grow key accounts through strong relationship-building and consistent follow-ups.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and flawless campaign execution.
  • Stay ahead of trends in DOOH, retail, and mall media to provide strategic insights and opportunities to clients.

Requirements:

  • 1–5 years of experience in media or advertising sales (experience in OOH, DOOH, or mall/retail media preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Existing network within brand marketing or media agencies is an advantage.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
