Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with a strong background in freight forwarding sales to drive business growth and develop key client relationships. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of international logistics, ocean and air freight operations, and proven sales expertise in the freight forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and acquire new clients in import/export, logistics, and supply chain sectors.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Prepare and present competitive freight quotations and proposals.
  • Coordinate with operations, customer service, and documentation teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote company services.
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding (Air & Sea).
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding sales.
  • MBA or additional certifications in logistics/supply chain preferred.
