Sales Manager – Corporate
Job Purpose:
The Sales Manager represents the company to clients (Corporate / Government / Private segments) in a seamless and flawless manner. He or she will do this through outstanding service, sharing Bateel product range and providing solutions as per client’s requirement.
The Sales Manager contributes to the overall success of Corporate division by 1) being fully responsible for the end-to-end process which starts from simple enquiry to relationship management, pricing, contractual agreements, set-up delivering mechanism and ensure timely payments and state-of-art after sales solutions 2) overseeing the planning, coordination, execution and payment collection as daily operations routine 3) client data management.
This Sales Manager works closely with National Sales Manager, Production, Design Team, Logistics. His or her main focus is to expand loyal Corporate client base and to supply network, revenue and margin in line with, or exceeding the annual business plan, by creating memorable client servicing experiences and loyal customers.
The Sales Manager will have excellent planning and organisation skills, an ability to anticipate customer needs relevant to specific events, leadership qualities and be able to make decisions. An avid communicator able to handle multiple stakeholders and have well developed training skills.
