Sales Manager

• Lead and manage the sales team: Mentor, train, and motivate sales agents to help them meet their targets and provide high-quality client service.
• Develop sales strategies: Create and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve company objectives.
• Set and track sales goals: Establish individual and team sales targets and monitor performance against these goals.
• Analyze market trends: Keep up-to-date with market conditions to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
• Manage client relationships: Oversee and assist with building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee sales operations: Ensure the smooth execution of the sales process, from property listings and negotiations to closing deals.
• Report on sales performance: Track, collate, interpret, and report on sales figures and forecasts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
