As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive our sales efforts to new heights.

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales operations, build strong customer relationships, and ensure the growth and profitability of The Regnanat Store. As Sales Manager, you will oversee all sales strategies and activities to maximize revenue, foster a high-performance sales team, and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for kitchen and household products.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team; provide mentorship and performance feedback to ensure growth and motivation.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitors, identifying new opportunities and areas for improvement in the sales process.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including pricing, promotions, and product availability. Optimize the sales pipeline and manage customer feedback.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare regular sales reports, track key performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Brand Representation: Represent The Regnanat Store at trade shows, events, and customer meetings to promote our brand and products.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Lead, or in a similar role within the retail or product sales industry (preferably kitchen and household items).
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team building, training, and managing a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitor activity in the kitchen and household product industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
