Role Description:


The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales, managing sales teams, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

The role will involve engaging with customers, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with other departments to drive business growth.


Qualifications:

  • Saudi national is must.
  • Sales Management, Team Management, and Strategic Planning skills.
  • Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation skills.
  • Experience in developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets.
  • Minimum of 5 years in real estate sales with at least 2 years in managerial role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Prefer Fluency in Arabic and English languages.
