Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager (B2C & B2B) to lead our sales initiatives across both individual and corporate training segments. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth through direct enrollments, corporate partnerships, and institutional tie-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end sales for both B2C (individual learners) and B2B (corporate clients).
Identify, generate, and nurture leads through inbound, outbound, and digital channels.
Build strong relationships with learners, HR, and L&D decision-makers.
Conduct needs analysis and offer suitable training solutions.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Collaborate with marketing for campaign execution and lead generation.
Present customized training proposals to clients.
Manage sales pipeline and reporting through CRM tools.
Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
3–7 years of proven experience in EdTech / Training / Education sales (B2C & B2B).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong business acumen and ability to close high-value deals.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Goal-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
