Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Manage and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent results.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and counseling teams to optimize conversions.
• Handle client queries and ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales management (education, immigration, or service industry preferred).
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Target-driven, confident, and result-oriented.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
