Job Description: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Chandigarh (Onsite / Work From Home)
Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM IST (European Shift)
Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
Compensation (OTE): ₹70,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (inclusive of performance-based incentives)
Experience Required: 2–5 years (preferably in digital sales, Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn Navigator, or similar platforms)

Position Overview
We are looking for a results-driven and client-focused Business Development Executive (BDE) to manage client acquisition, build long-term partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and direct exposure to international clients and leadership teams.
Work Model
- Hybrid: Work from office (12:00 PM – 6:00 PM) and then WFH for the remaining hours (for female candidates).
- Remote Option: Available for selected candidates based on performance and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Identify and qualify potential clients on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Create and submit tailored proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and project requirements.
- Conduct discovery calls, follow-ups, and negotiations to close deals successfully.
- Work towards achieving monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle client communication, feedback collection, and regular project check-ins.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management review.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams for smooth project transitions and onboarding.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in digital sales on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Excel, Apple Pages, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience in IT services, SaaS, or digital agency environments.
- Prior exposure to proposal writing, client invoicing, and milestone-based projects.
