Job Summary:
The Director – Sales & Marketing will lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of the organization’s sales and marketing initiatives to achieve business growth, market expansion, and brand excellence. This role requires a visionary leader capable of driving revenue targets, building high-performing teams, and strengthening the organization’s market position through innovative marketing and effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify new business opportunities.
- Establish annual sales targets, marketing plans, and budgets.
- Represent the organization in strategic partnerships, collaborations, and key business forums.
2. Sales Management
- Lead the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Develop client acquisition and retention strategies to expand market reach.
- Monitor performance metrics, conversion ratios, and customer satisfaction levels.
- Strengthen relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
3. Marketing & Branding
- Oversee brand positioning, corporate communication, and digital presence.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, PR).
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Drive innovation in promotional strategies, lead generation, and audience engagement.
4. Digital & Performance Marketing
- Oversee digital marketing, content strategy, SEO/SEM, and paid media campaigns.
- Utilize analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and improve ROI.
- Champion data-driven decision-making in all marketing efforts.
5. Team Development & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Foster collaboration between departments (academic/operations/finance) for alignment on organizational goals.
- Build a culture of accountability, creativity, and performance.
6. Budgeting & Reporting
- Prepare and manage annual marketing and sales budgets.
- Track spending, monitor profitability, and report KPIs to management.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on performance analytics.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10–15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record in developing successful marketing campaigns and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and leadership qualities.
