Job Summary:

The Director – Sales & Marketing will lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of the organization’s sales and marketing initiatives to achieve business growth, market expansion, and brand excellence. This role requires a visionary leader capable of driving revenue targets, building high-performing teams, and strengthening the organization’s market position through innovative marketing and effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Establish annual sales targets, marketing plans, and budgets.
  • Represent the organization in strategic partnerships, collaborations, and key business forums.

2. Sales Management

  • Lead the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Develop client acquisition and retention strategies to expand market reach.
  • Monitor performance metrics, conversion ratios, and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Strengthen relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.

3. Marketing & Branding

  • Oversee brand positioning, corporate communication, and digital presence.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, PR).
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Drive innovation in promotional strategies, lead generation, and audience engagement.

4. Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Oversee digital marketing, content strategy, SEO/SEM, and paid media campaigns.
  • Utilize analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and improve ROI.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making in all marketing efforts.

5. Team Development & Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team.
  • Foster collaboration between departments (academic/operations/finance) for alignment on organizational goals.
  • Build a culture of accountability, creativity, and performance.

6. Budgeting & Reporting

  • Prepare and manage annual marketing and sales budgets.
  • Track spending, monitor profitability, and report KPIs to management.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on performance analytics.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10–15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record in developing successful marketing campaigns and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and leadership qualities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹39,609.01 - ₹100,000.00 per month
