Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products, services, and institutional visibility.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Align marketing plans with business objectives and ensure consistent brand messaging.

2. Digital Marketing

  • Oversee SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and paid advertising initiatives.
  • Manage website content, analytics, and performance improvement.
  • Drive digital lead generation and online brand presence.

3. Branding & Communication

  • Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Develop creative content for campaigns, brochures, advertisements, and other collaterals.
  • Manage public relations and media coordination for brand visibility.

4. Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns and events (online/offline).
  • Track ROI and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution.

5. Team Management & Coordination

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with sales, design, and academic/business teams to ensure synergy in goals and execution.

6. Budgeting & Reporting

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets.
  • Prepare performance reports and present marketing outcomes to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10 years or more of proven experience in marketing, preferably in [industry/education/FMCG/etc.].
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
