Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products, services, and institutional visibility.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Align marketing plans with business objectives and ensure consistent brand messaging.
2. Digital Marketing
- Oversee SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and paid advertising initiatives.
- Manage website content, analytics, and performance improvement.
- Drive digital lead generation and online brand presence.
3. Branding & Communication
- Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
- Develop creative content for campaigns, brochures, advertisements, and other collaterals.
- Manage public relations and media coordination for brand visibility.
4. Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns and events (online/offline).
- Track ROI and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution.
5. Team Management & Coordination
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and academic/business teams to ensure synergy in goals and execution.
6. Budgeting & Reporting
- Develop and manage marketing budgets.
- Prepare performance reports and present marketing outcomes to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10 years or more of proven experience in marketing, preferably in [industry/education/FMCG/etc.].
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
