Sales Manager

• Plan, execute, and monitor sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Supervise and guide sales executives to achieve showroom and individual goals.
• Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and handle escalated customer complaints professionally.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Identify new business opportunities, including institutional and corporate sales.
• Support local marketing initiatives, promotional events, and campaigns to boost sales.
• Liaise with finance, insurance, and service departments to ensure smooth customer delivery and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the Honda regional office for targets, schemes, and product updates.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
