About the role:

As a Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our expansion in the

UAE and GCC markets. This role requires a dynamic, results-driven

professional who can build strong client relationships, drive consistent

business growth, and lead sales initiatives in line with the companys

ambitious targets.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities,

executing strategic sales plans, conducting product demonstrations, and

ensuring customer satisfaction. This role also offers the opportunity to

grow into a regional leadership position as we scale operations in the

Middle East.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and

market share targets in the UAE and GCC.

  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients including

corporate offices, malls, hospitals, gyms, universities, and other

commercial establishments.

  • Promote and sell Vendolites range of advanced vending

machines, highlighting features, benefits, and ROI to prospective

clients.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers,

ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.

  • Prepare and deliver effective presentations, proposals, and

product demonstrations to decision-makers.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide

strategic inputs to management.

  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution

and after-sales support.

  • Attend client meetings, trade shows, exhibitions, and industry

events to expand brand visibility.

  • Lead and mentor junior sales executives as the team expands.

Candidate

requirements:

  • Experience: 10 years of proven sales experience in B2B,

vending solutions, F&B equipment, or related industries.

  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation

skills; ability to close deals and build trust.

  • Mindset: Highly self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven

professional with a passion for sales.

  • Market Knowledge: Prior exposure to the UAE/GCC market is

highly desirable.

  • Other: Valid UAE driving license is a strong advantage.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred. Hindi

or other languages will be an added asset.
