- Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and industrial clients.
- Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and close deals efficiently.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports for management review.
- Supervise and guide the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industrial product promotions.
