Job Responsibilities:

Leads given by system:

* You’ll need to travel extensively to meet clients fixed by tele-callers & management.

Leads to be generated by you:

* Identify and meet CAs daily to source new leads.

* Travel across the city to identify under-construction apartments, villas, plots & commercial buildings. Approach them to generate business.

* Identify other influencers in the market and partner with them to source new leads

Other responsibilities of the Role:

* After client meetings, prepare the funding pitch based on your understanding.

* Identify financial institutions who may fund such cases and approach them. Meet the bankers personally for their opinion. Basically the cases where we don’t know who will do and there is complexity which needs to be checked with the bankers by meeting personally

* Take them for client meetings.

* Address their queries and follow through till sanction is done.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data gathering / extraction - obtain directories of various industries, pull the data from various websites like justdial, indiamart, and from other online sources

2. Data entry - once the relevant data is obtained, we should gather more specific data relating the entity so that it’s easy to connect with the client while doing the cold calling

3. Cold calling - Very focused calling with crisp communication. You should find a innovative way to engage the clients as we have only 10 seconds to convince the client to open up

4. If someone shows interest, understand the requirement in detail and send them the basic list of documents that we need to assess the proposal

5. Follow up for documents till they are received

6. After receipt of the required documents, send them to the sales manager for taking up the deal

7. Update the team leader everyday end of the day with the day’s outcome

8. Freshers or candidates with 1 or 2 years of experience are preferred

For inside sales (tele calling)

Accounts person - should know basic tally, entry level job

Runner boy - he is like a courier person delivering and picking up documents from banks and clients. Should have a bike
