For our new team we are looking for a motivated employee who will strengthen and contribute to the development of our business with his ambitions and experience.
A Sales Manager in Logistics will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet company revenue targets by selling logistics services, warehousing, and transport.
Key duties include
-Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and new markets
-Identify and qualify new leads, pursue new business opportunities, and grow the company's customer base.
-building strong client relationships
-analyzing market trends
-collaborating with operations for seamless service delivery
-Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues to ensure client satisfaction.
-negotiating and closing deals
-reporting on sales performance to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales management, ideally within the logistics or freight forwarding sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinking and the ability to align sales goals with business objectives.
In-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain services.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide strategic insights.
A bachelor's degree in logistics, business, or a related field is often preferred.
