Sales Manager

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor daily enquiries, test drives, bookings, and retail performance.
• Implement effective sales strategies to improve walk-ins and lead conversion.
• Train, motivate, and mentor sales executives to enhance performance.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to plan campaigns and events.
• Analyse sales data, prepare reports, and present performance reviews to management.
• Ensure compliance with dealer and OEM

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
