About the Role:
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager with strong direct relationships with UAE real estate developers. The ideal candidate will lead the sales function, manage client portfolios, and drive revenue through strategic partnerships with top developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain direct relationships with developers.
- Acquire off-plan and exclusive project listings from developers
- Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue
- Conduct project presentations to clients and investors
- Stay updated on new project launches, developer incentives, and market trends
- Coordinate with developers on pricing, inventory, and client requirements
- Mentor and train sales executives to enhance performance
- Attend property launches, networking events, and client meetings to build business opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years of UAE real estate sales experience (managerial or senior role preferred)
- Mandatory: Direct contact with real estate developers
- Strong knowledge of off-plan sales and UAE real estate market
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred
