Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Manager with at least 5 years of proven experience in B2B or IT sales to lead our sales department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and achieving company revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business targets.
  • Identify, approach, and manage relationships with local and international clients.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve their objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business plans to clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align business development efforts.
  • Track and report sales performance, forecasts, and achievements to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT or B2B sales, preferably in a managerial capacity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
