About This Opportunity

Reach Potential LLC is recruiting for a premier global provider specializing in grain milling, grain handling and storage, oilseed processing, and industrial automation with over 54 international offices. This role is critical in expanding market presence, driving business growth, and strengthening customer relationships throughout the Kingdom.

Position Overview

As Sales Manager, you will drive sales and business development for grain storage and silo solutions across Saudi Arabia. This hybrid role blends office-based strategy, territory management, and extensive client-facing fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Cooperate with national representatives to develop the silo market and maintain daily customer relationships
• Develop and maintain key silo marketing channels, including agents, customer visits, industry consultants, government contacts, and regular business opportunity exploration
• Track business opportunities, prepare project quotations, negotiate contracts, and oversee the achievement of new client signatures
• Support contract performance by coordinating service delivery, providing technical assistance, and managing receivables
• Plan market visibility activities including media campaigns, exhibitions, training sessions, and observation meetings to grow brand influence
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Analyze and report on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Food Engineering, Mechanical Design & Manufacturing, Automation, Marketing, International Trade, or related technical/business fields
• 3–5 years of work experience in the silo, grain storage, or grain processing industry (industry experience preferred)
• Deep understanding of silo processing technology, production management, and operational capabilities with silo mills
• Proven sales track record in agricultural or animal husbandry silo projects, including customer resource management
• Successful cases in agricultural or animal industry, silo factory management, or oil & fat project sales highly preferred
• Experience working with large and medium-sized silo factories, agricultural engineering enterprises, or related organizations

Key Skills & Competencies

• Mastery of silo technology, production management, and operational leadership
• Strong business development and consultative B2B sales skills
• Channel management experience (agents, consultants, government, and corporate customers)
• Highly developed negotiation, presentation, and relationship management abilities
• Fieldwork comfort: territory/client visits throughout KSA
• Fluency in English required; Arabic preferred
