Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wholesale sales, B2B sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of marketing strategies, and the ability to foster strong relationships with clients. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with our business objectives while ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for B2B.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through account management.
  • Utilize Zoho for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that support sales efforts.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, management, or a similar role within the retail sector.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes and techniques.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability in business development and account management.
  • Proficient in Zoho or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market data and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service orientation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
