We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in the construction industry and good understanding of technology-related products and solutions. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth market knowledge, proven sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities in both construction and technology sectors.
  • Maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and key clients.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor project progress, follow up on leads, and close sales efficiently.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the construction and/or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, elevators/lifts, hardware, or related technologies.
  • Excellent knowledge of local and regional markets.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
