Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
• We need some one who can build the company and grow with us.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in IT/Software industry (Preferred)
• Strong understanding of the Dubai and GCC market.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
