Job Title: Sales Manager – Spare Parts Division

Location : UAE

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years (preferably in the automotive or industrial spare parts industry)

Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the spare parts segment. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in distribution sales, a deep understanding of the automotive or heavy-duty spare parts market, and strong leadership skills to manage a growing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, and corporate clients across UAE and GCC.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and guide a sales team toward achieving monthly and annual targets.
  • Capable of developing individual team members through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Strong focus on goal setting, team coordination, and accountability to ensure consistent results.
  • Hands-on approach to supporting the team in negotiations, client visits, and closing key deals.
  • Encourages a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement within the sales department
  • Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of stock.
  • Set monthly and quarterly sales targets for the team and monitor performance.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to represent the brand.
  • Ensure adherence to company pricing, credit, and collection policies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in the spare parts / automotive / industrial filtration industry.
  • Strong knowledge of local and GCC spare parts markets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
