We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our growth objectives, manage commercial marketing processes, and strengthen our market position through strong business partnerships.


About the Position


The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all sales operations, implementing commercial marketing strategies , and leading the sales team to drive sustainable growth.


Key Responsibilities

Developing Sales Strategies: Define and execute short- and long-term sales objectives.

Commercial Marketing & Category Management: Analyze market dynamics to manage campaigns, pricing, and brand positioning.

Customer & Channel Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and business partners.

Market Analysis & Growth Opportunities: Conduct competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and strategic growth areas.

Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to create a high-performance culture.

Budget & Profitability Management: Efficiently manage sales budgets to achieve revenue and profitability targets.


Qualifications

At least 15 years of experience in sales and commercial marketing within the FMCG, cosmetics, or retail sectors .

• Expertise in distribution channels, category management, and market analysis .

• Proven leadership in managing large sales teams.

• Strategic thinking with a results-oriented and analytical mindset .

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Advanced English proficiency (preferably with experience working with international partners).

• Willingness to travel and actively manage field operations.
