A Sales Manager oversees the daily operations of the sales department, managing sales staff, setting sales goals, and developing strategies to achieve revenue targets.Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data and metrics to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Recruitment and Training: Hire, train, and develop sales staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform business decisions and resource allocation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is typically required. A master’s degree can be advantageous.
  • Experience: Candidates with 3-5 years of experience in automobile retail sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills are essential for motivating and guiding the sales team.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
