We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our Dubai office.
The ideal candidate will be confident, well-spoken, and experienced in client communication, lead generation, and follow-ups.
You’ll be responsible for handling inquiries, calling and meeting potential clients, and converting leads into sales while assisting with daily office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and client follow-ups.
- Generate new leads through online listings, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Welcome visitors, manage inquiries, and maintain a professional reception.
- Handle phone calls and WhatsApp messages promptly and professionally.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until deal closure.
- Schedule and attend client meetings as needed.
- Keep detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Maintain client databases, track sales progress, and prepare regular reports.
- Support management in day-to-day office administration tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, tele-sales, or client service (real estate or digital marketing background high preference).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable making multiple calls daily.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business.
- Currently based in Dubai and available for on-site work.
