Sales Manager – Enzo Dialer

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and disciplined Sales Manager to assume full ownership of the Enzo Dialer revenue engine. This pivotal role requires a hands-on operator who can establish scalable structure, rigorously optimize performance, and drive a high-velocity SaaS sales motion across all inbound and outbound channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Performance: Manage and scale the sales team, consistently enforcing strict KPIs, SLAs, and productivity benchmarks.
  • Pipeline Optimization: Build, own, and continuously optimize the entire sales pipeline process, from initial prospecting through to demo delivery and final close.
  • Strategy Execution: Design and deploy effective outbound sequences, scripts, and conversion frameworks tailored to our Dialer product and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Operational Excellence: Implement robust forecasting discipline, maintain impeccable CRM hygiene, and lead data-driven reporting to inform decision-making.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive expansion revenue through strategic upsell initiatives, add-ons, and maximizing seat utilization within the existing client base.
  • Client Success: Partner with onboarding teams to ensure accelerated time-to-value for new clients, actively reducing churn signals.

Required Experience:

  • Proven track record leading high-volume SaaS sales teams.
  • Strong command of modern outbound strategy, lead generation workflows, and aggressive pipeline management.
  • Demonstrated ability to enforce structure, performance management, and accountability within a sales organization.
  • Expertise with CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and leveraging data for strategic decision-making.

  • Net-new Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
  • Demo-to-close rate
