Job Title: Sales Manager – Sports Segment

Location: Lucknow

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, sports-enthusiastic Sales Manager to drive business growth across the sports segment. This role involves promoting our products/services to schools, hotels, academies, sports clubs, and corporate wellness partners. The ideal candidate is outgoing, highly motivated, enjoys being on the field, and excels at building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets in the sports market.

Identify and approach potential clients including hotels, schools, universities, sports academies, and fitness facilities.

Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for client teams.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and sports-related activities.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in sports, fitness, hospitality, or education sectors.

Strong passion for sports, fitness, and active lifestyle.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to travel frequently for client visits and presentations.

Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Valid driving license is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
