We specialise in providing expert guidance and end-to-end support for immigration, study abroad, citizenship by investment, skilled migration, and visit visa programs.
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead and drive the performance of our branch sales team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills, capable of meeting ambitious sales targets in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement branch-level sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Train and mentor sales consultants to ensure high-quality client service and effective lead conversion.
- Ensure proper follow-up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and walk-ins.
- Maintain detailed sales performance reports and coordinate with Head Office for performance reviews.
- Collaborate with Operations and Processing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and case handovers.
- Handle client escalations professionally and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities in immigration, study abroad, and investment migration segments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales management (immigration or education consultancy experience preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
