Sales Manager – Superbike Accessories Showroom (Job Role & Responsibilities)

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will lead the sales operations of a premium superbike accessories showroom, focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving revenue, and managing a high-performance sales team. The role requires strong product knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships with superbike owners and riding communities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of sales experience (superbike / automotive accessories preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
  • Good understanding of superbike brands, models, and accessory compatibility.
  • Ability to manage teams and achieve performance targets.
  • Basic knowledge of billing software, CRM tools, and MS Excel.

Salary - 50-80k Per Month

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
