Role Overview
The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving residential real estate sales by engaging with prospective clients, building strong relationships, and guiding them through the property buying process. The role demands proactive ownership, excellent customer engagement, and consistent achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential buyers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable residential property options.
- Conduct property walkthroughs, presentations, and site visits to showcase offerings effectively.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales and generate referrals.
- Coordinate with the Pre-Sales team to understand client backgrounds and maximize lead conversion.
- Manage the complete sales cycle including negotiations, closing bookings, and ensuring smooth documentation.
- Track, monitor, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain post-sales customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat/referral business.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance and market insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and Post Graduates.
- Proven experience in residential real estate sales with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced sales environment.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
