Sales Manager

Profile Responsibilities:

• Meet and engage with Doctors, Hospital Management, and Medical Institutes.

• Build and maintain institutional relationships across TN & Pondicherry.

• Drive sales activities across all three verticals under GMed Group - Equipment Sales, Rentals and Homecare.

Job Traits:

• Frequent travel within the assigned territory.

• Ability to attend calls and respond promptly to hospitals/doctors/operations team.

• Performance Targets:

Quarterly Targets
Half-Yearly Targets
Annual Targets
(All aligned with business growth objectives)

Events & Engagements:

• Plan and arrange Doctor Meets, Institutional Events, and Product Discussions.

Reporting:

• Prepare analytical reports using Excel (basic to intermediate proficiency).

Submit structured weekly/monthly reports to management.

Coordination:

• Work closely with Operations, Support, and Internal Teams to ensure smooth fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
