Position Overview

The Relationship Manager (FX & CFDs) will be responsible for building, maintaining, and expanding relationships with retail and institutional clients. This role requires in-depth knowledge of FX & CFD products, trading platforms (MT4/MT5), and client account management. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring high satisfaction while identifying opportunities for growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value retail and institutional clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, handling queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure clients receive excellent trading support, account guidance, and platform training.
  • Proactively strengthen client loyalty and retention through regular engagement.

2. Business Development & Growth

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to increase client trading volumes and wallet share.
  • Support cross-selling of additional products, services, and platform features.
  • Work with sales teams to acquire and onboard new clients.
  • Contribute to client retention campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

3. Market & Product Knowledge

  • Maintain a strong understanding of FX & CFD products, global financial markets, and trading trends.
  • Provide basic market insights and updates to clients (without offering investment advice).
  • Educate clients on trading platforms (MT4/MT5, WebTrader, mobile apps) and tools.

4. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure all client interactions comply with regulatory standards (MiFID II, ESMA, FCA, CySEC, DFSA, ASIC, etc.).
  • Assist in client onboarding, KYC/AML verification, and account monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications and transactions.
  • Prepare reports on client activity, feedback, and business performance.

5. Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with dealing desk, risk, compliance, and IT teams to support client needs.
  • Provide client feedback to improve products, platforms, and services.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Relationship Manager / Account Manager in the FX & CFD brokerage industry (Preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of trading products, platforms (MT4/MT5), and brokerage operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in client retention, upselling, and account growth.
  • Ability to handle multiple client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Mandarin, Russian, Hindi, etc.) are an advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM systems and client reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures.
  • Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure during volatile market conditions.
