Medical Device Company (Karachi Based)

The ideal candidate will lead the development and execution of our sales and marketing strategies, oversee the creation of accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports, and drive initiatives aimed at increasing market share. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset. Working closely with internal sales and marketing teams, the Senior Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in aligning cross-functional efforts to accelerate growth and enhance overall performance.

Qualification Requirements:

• B. Pharmacy / D. Pharmacy
• BBA / MBA In Sales & Marketing
• Proven experience (minimum 2–3 years) in sales & marketing in the healthcare sector
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities

Responsibilities:

• Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze trends to improve performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the assigned territory.
• Assist in developing the annual marketing and sales plans.
• Build sales pipeline for new business opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
