Position Overview-Event Sales Manager will support B2B sales efforts, responsible for client acquisition and contribute to revenue generation, will engage with prospective clients, participate in sales meetings, and develop strong client relationships while learning the fundamentals of the event sales industry experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Support in preparing sales plans by studying market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Client Management: Maintain healthy relationships with clients, understand their requirements, and offer suitable proposals.
- Meetings & Presentations: Conduct research for meetings, present proposals, and promote Refuge Events’ services effectively.
- Proposal & Conversions: Prepare, customized proposals, coordinate with operations, and assist in closing deals.
- Partnerships & Collaboration: Work with venues, vendors, and corporate partners to enhance service options and generate leads.
- Sales Process Support: Help improve sales processes for smoother Event Sales for better performance. Post-Event Follow-Up: Assist in gathering client feedback, testimonials, and preparing basic post-event reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in event sales (min 2 years in corporate sales)
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client servicing abilities with Proficiency in MS
- Office and CRM tools is a plus.
- Education:
- Any bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field will be a plus.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
