Role : Sales manager
Location : Vasanth nagar

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the South region.
  • Identify new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, distributors, and healthcare institutions.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to understand competition and industry trends.

2. Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as surgeons, doctors, biomedical engineers, purchase managers, and hospital administrators.
  • Organize product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of queries or issues.

3. Team Management

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Executives / Territory Managers.
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve productivity.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, reviews, and field visits.

4. Operations & Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing, service, and supply chain teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and documentation standards.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS updates on time.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of medical devices, healthcare industry, and clinical environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and handle high-value clients.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with understanding of sales metrics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
